Most often you will stay in bed & breakfasts either in a private home or on a farm where you will get close to the people, animals and local daily life.
Many of these houses may be several hundred years old, but in good repair according to today’s standards without having lost its original rustic and charm.
Besides having its own history some of them are also part of the country's ancient history.
Some houses may have only 5-6 guest rooms and may be the main house on a farm where wine growing is the main industry.
Regarding the more traditional hotels we have tried to find places to cooperate with which we believe have something special, not so traditional after all; or just a pleasant place to stay.
